‘Surianne has provided one-one support for children with behavioural and special educational needs, ensuring that these children can access their learning and make good progress within the primary school setting. She has worked within all three key stages (ages 3 – 11) and has always adapted extremely well to whatever setting she has been asked to work in. Surianne has also supported the whole school in its teaching of Spanish across Key Stage 2. On her own volition she took a lead role in this and prepared lessons, resources and brought her own individual style to our Spanish lessons. For example she composed her own songs, according to the topics followed in class, and accompanied herself on her guitar. She took this role seriously and professionally and all the teachers felt well supported by Surianne. At all times Surianne was a dedicated, professional and reliable primary school practitioner’ James Field, Acting Head, Lauriston Primary School
‘For over a year, Surianne has successfully supported 2 adopted siblings, one with special needs (ADHD), providing one to one Spanish home based lessons which demonstrates that Surianne can teach and work with children with very challenging behaviour. CRB checked, Surianne has a lot of patience, is caring, very resilient and can work with any nationality and age group.’ Olivia Francis, london
‘Marley attends the Sylvia Young School which trains him to potentially be in The Lion King theatrical show. I was told by the music teacher that he needed to build his vocals and confidence when it comes to singing and performance. Surianne has worked solely and successfully with Marley and has given him the confidence to build his strength and vocal techniques and self confidence. I would recommend Surianne to support his needs to successfully get further into progressing with the Lions King show.’Marjorie Campbell, london
‘I cannot recommend Surianne highly enough for her true dedication to the services at Hestia. Her charismatic energy and enthusiasm is exemplary – but above all, she truly cares about our cause which aims to help vulnerable people to be more empowered and to change their lives for the better. She is an extremely dedicated individual and a superb ambassador and advocate for our services.’ Francois Ferreiere, Head Of Communications, Hestia Housing & Support
‘For the second year running the Spanish Department at Ilford County High School invited Surianne… delivered a series of workshops (vocals, instrumental, dance) and for this purpose the audience and students were given the opportunity to play various musical instruments. The interactive nature of the activities got every pupil involved. It was truly remarkable!’ Gabriella millan, Spanish Department, ilford county high school
